You can also direct it toward healing and resolving anxiety and phobias. You may find that visualization is a skill you already use in your everyday life, even if unconsciously. For example, if you have an appointment with the bank manager tomorrow and feel a little anxious about this meeting, you may be playing out the situation in your mind and rehearsing the possible conversation. By Waki Taylor Improve Your Life Through Mindfulness is a book on Mindfulness that will surely help in getting rid of stress and anxiety and in achieving peace. What is worth mentioning about this book is that it has presented some simple BUT powerful techniques of Mindfulness that are proven effective already.The topics covered in this book are enough proof and guarantee that one will achieve the technique, once read and understood. It has taught readers how to meditate too, how to be positive by applying cognitive thinking, learning more about NLP, as well as improving concentration, and so much more. This book is a worthy purchase, something to learn a lot from.

I learned several things I didn't know about mindfulness, I got the feeling it was a more advanced teaching than the usual beginner's guides.Mind mapping is a technique I've been working with the last few days and I'm finding it super helpful. Mindful eating (opting for drinks that include juices is a good one) is also an area this book goes into with more depth than I'd read before. So if you're new to mindfulness techniques, you may find the guidance in this book challenging, but if you're ready for the next step, this one is for you.

But it isn't that easy especially in the midst of noise, destruction, daily concerns and stress. Thanks to this book! This can help you a lot in training your mind on how to meditate and focus on what matters and take out the negative thoughts that pull you away from mindfulness. Mindful breathing steps, how to relax using calm music or repeated mantra during meditation, these are just some of the essential things you can gain from this book and by practicing it everyday you can improve your life. Recommended!
