I like how it not only discusses the topic, but gives a practical, step-by-step four-week plan to change bad habits and incorporate mindfulness in your everyday life. The book motivated me to try meditation and think about aligning my goals with my passions. I recommend this book if you want to make positive changes to your life.

Finally, an understandable book on mindfulness By Steve Bureau I’ve been trying to stop worrying and become more mindful and less stressed for a long time. My stress finally got so bad that it was very difficult for me to get anything done. That led me to this book which taught me how to truly live in the moment. That has relieved my stress and not only made me more productive, but just happier in general. If you are struggling, this is the book for you!

Stress only does damage on the cellular level.In the end, we need to replace bad habits with good ones by being honest and measuring progress toward a better station in life. Meditation helps each of us to get to a better place.Overall, Mindfulness and Habits seeks to put into place a methodology for shedding dysfunction in our life in favor of organization and positivity. The book is an excellent read and well worth the price.
