By Linda Green I have been reading Dr. Gary Smalley's books on advice to Christians in need of help along their life walk with the Lord. Usually for a specific problem. This time it was about anger and what it was doing to my 14 year marriage. Also purchased a workbook that goes with this book.I have many of his books and find his teachings to be positive, uplifting, with helpful ways of approaching sadness, loss and different things that happen to all of us.I like his style of writing, and this book is no different. I like his use of Scriptures and not as a way to condemn, he's not harsh, nor does he lay all the blame on one partner or the other and together "anger" can be worked out. The book and workbook has been helping us.
