By Ken Lee Everyone has some sort of stress in their life, if you don't take care of stress it will have a snowball effect. This book helped me overcome stress in many ways, first is understanding the different type of stress and what type of exercise I should do to immediately get rid of it. Some stress are self inflicted and this book help me recognize that. This book will only help if you actually apply what you learned, it will take willpower to undo bad habits, but it will be worth it.

Sources and causes of stress are in great abundance.This book provided me with effective strategies on how to manage stress in a way that it can either be prevented or reduced if not eliminated.

By Stacey Swift I believe that confidence is what we lack that's why sometimes we feel anxious, get stressed with life. We cannot accept what has happened or do not like what's going on because of what we've started so in effect, we distress ourselves. Well, this book will tell us and make us understand that yesterday is gone and we cannot change it as it no longer counts any more.I loved what topics that Massimo has included in this book. He first tackled about managing stress which encapsulates the book's title. I agree with the author's advice to handle things that make us worry one at a time. By considering that the others wait until you get to them, you will be able to eventually get through the list and to deal with the stress more successfully. If you are able to do this, it is already a method that you can practice for the rest of your life to successfully handle stress.Overall, the book has taught me a lot of ways to overcome stress. In fact, I feel much more positive about life after reading it. Thanks, Massimo, for the optimism you've made me feel. I look forward to reading more from you.
